What kind of hair do you offer?

WigsColor.com only provides the 100% virgin hair with cuticles intact and aligned in the same direction, it's completely unprocessed pure human hair. we have virgin Brazilian hair, Malaysian hair, Peruvian hair, Indian hair, Chinese hair etc.
 
Do I need to wash my bundles before install?
 
We recommend to co-wash your bundles with a sulfate-free, moisturising conditioner before installing your bundles.
 
Can I curl or straighten my hair?
 
Yes, you can curl or straighten our hair with flat irons, hot rollers, hot sticks or other styling tools. Before applying heat, we recommend using a great heat protector on the hair to prevent hair damage from the heat. For more details, please see our full guide on how to style your hair wigs.
 
Can I dye or bleach my hair?
 
Yes, you can dye or bleach our hair since it's 100% virgin hair. we recommend coloring before install and allowing a professional stylist to work on your hair.
Our colored hair collection has been pre-dyed or pre-bleached to achieve the desired color, we actually don't recommend coloring it again as it will weaken the hair strength and shorten its lifespan.

 
How do I care for my hair?
 
To properly care for your extensions, you should shampoo and condition standard with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo. Use a sulfate-free creamy conditioner to add moisture. Use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles and thinning.

 
How many bundles for a full head?
 
The number of bundles you need depends on the hair lengths.
 8-12 inches, 2 bundles
 14-22 inches, 3 bundles 
24-30 inches, 4 bundles
As all of our bundles are measured by weight and should-be approximately 100g
 the longer the hair is, the shorter the weft will be and the shorter the hair is, the longer the weft will be since bundles are measured by weight.

 
How frequently should I wash and condition my hair?
 
It is recommended to shampoo and condition your hair 2-3 times a week. The longer you can go between washes the longer your hair will last due to the detergent chemicals in shampoo. They strip away the hair's natural oil's and can cause them to dry out and weaken their strength. Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable.
 
Can I use a blow dryer on my hair after washing?
 
Whenever possible, always allow the hair to air dry completely.
 
Can I use products in the hair after washing?
 
Yes. We recommend using a non-alcohol-based leave-in conditioner or essence spray while the hair is still damp.
 
Will my hair keep curls well after washing?
 
Yes, our hair will keep curls well after washing

 
What kind of brush is best for weaves?
 
For straight styles, a soft paddle brush is excellent! For wavy styles, a wide-tooth comb is recommended. And for curly weaves, you do not need to use a brush. Simply finger comb the curls gently. When brushing your hair, always start from the ends and working your way up to the weft to avoid tugging or pulling on the hair.
 
Can I swim while wearing a weave?
 
Yes, you may go swimming in a pool, but we recommend applying a hydrating/moisturising conditioner to the hair before and after entering the pool to avoid tangling. We also recommend making one or two large braids to keep your hair in place to further avoid tangling. If you plan to swim in the ocean, we recommend wearing a swimming cap because the ocean's salt water can be harsh. We also recommend washing and conditioning the hair as soon as you are done swimming.
 
How do I sleep with my weave on?
 
Loosely braid or twist your weave, and wrap the hair in a satin scarf or bonnet before going to bed to keep the hair from tangling overnight.
 
What's the best product to use to prevent dryness and sustain a soft feeling?
 
For human hair weaves, we recommend using a mild shampoo or sulfate-free shampoo. Avoid using deep cleansing shampoos because they may strip your hair's cuticles and dry it out. After washing your weave, a deep conditioning treatment is recommended to hydrate your weave. Natural oils such as Argan oil or Moroccan oil is all you need for you daily care.
 
How long will the hair last?
 
Our virgin hair can last up for one year with proper care and maintenance.
 
How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?
 
100% human hair is soft with natural shiny, it looks just like your own hair. When burning, human hair burns quickly and balls up into ash. While synthetic hair has chemical odour and melts into hard ball.
 
What is the best way to store a wig?
 
We recommend using a wig stand or mannequin head. They will keep the hair from tangling and will help to maintain the shape of the wig cap.
 
What payment methods do you accept?

Why is my transaction not going through?
 
Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.

How long will I receive my order after paid?

Will I receive a tracking number?
 
Yes. You would receive the shipping notification with tracking number after we shipped the order, it has tracking number and you can always track the detailed shipping information online.
 
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
 
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you are using express shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.
 
My tracking says delivered, but I didn't get the package?
 
We recommend checking with your neighbours to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.
You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.
